Registerted as HA-OMD in 1958. Withdrawn from use in 1971. Moved location a few times. To Luftfahrt Museum Wernigerode, Germany in 1999.

There were a total of 590 Ae-45 built and this example is preserved in this small village NW of Prague.

This was probably taken sometime in the 80's.

Registration was current from April 1956 till February 1980.

In reality this Aero 45 is HA-OMC and was 23 with the Hungarian AF (was this serial fake?). The real G-007 was cn 49003 and later became HA-AEB.

Production of this Ae-45 began in 1951 but was not completed till 1956. Initially it served the Regional Aeroclub Ostrava as an air taxi. By the time of this photo, a glider tow hook had been fitted and on one occasion - possibly the reason for this Customs stop at Southend - it came to England to tow gliders 1,400kms back to Czechoslovakia. In 1978 it was transferred to the Slovacky Aeroclub in Kunovice but was de-registered in 1980. Now preserved at the Letecké Muzeum Kunovice.

Built as a Super Aero 45 Srs 04 by LET, at the time in 1957 known as Strojirny Prvni Petilesky, at Kunovice. Ex F-BILP and registered as G-AYLZ in November 1970, prior to this photo. Was seen as a stripped fuselage at Charlwood in 2006

At Baginton on this occasion along with Ae-45 9M-AOF/G-AYLZ, G-APRR was ex OK-KFQ and built by Let in 1956. On 28th February 2009 it was damaged beyond repair when it swung left during take-off at Blackbushe.

Now preserved at the "Stará Aerovka" collection at Prague - Letňany (LKLT). In the past the Aero aircrafts were built in this and another hangar at Letňany.

This Aero 145 was built at Kunovice, Czechoslovakia in 1961 and imported into Australia in 1962, being assembled at Bankstown and then being used for fish spotting (especially tuna) by Commodore Aviation out of Port Lincoln, SA. From 1963 a 10-year contract for lighthouse supply began, taking advantage of the aircraft's excellent endurance and short-field characteristics. A Cessna 337 took over the fish spotting in 1968 but the Aero continued with charter and island work till 1979. Wfu by 1985, it was allocated VH-ZCL for a long-term restoration project from 2001 and placed on display at SAAM
