YK-AFC displayed a medium colour scheme in 1978 when it had to stay longer as planned due to a maintenance issue. Syrian Arab Airways received its first (of a total of four) Caravelles in 1965 and used the type for over thirty years. The example shown here came as a second-hand airliner from Sterling in 1971.
