Leased from Ethiopian Airlines from 1976 to 1977. Delivered to Ethiopian Airlines as ET-ACD in 1968. Crashed after takeoff from Rome-FCO later in 1977.

Delivered to Iberia EC-BYM in 1972. To McDonnell-Dougas as N536MD then to the US Navy as C-9B 164606 in 1990. Withdrawn from use at NAS Fort Worth JRB, TX in 2007 and used as a ground trainer. Wing centre section and tail cone mounted on pedestals at the gate of Airfield Falls Conservation Park outside the base gate by 2018. Remainder scrapped.

Delivered to Aeroflot as CCCP-86609 in 1974. Withdrawn from use in 1986. Derelict at Almaty in 1993. Later scrapped.

Delivered to World Airways as N376WA in 1965. To PIA as AP-AWU in 1971. Withdrawn from use at Karachi in 1993 and scrapped.
