A Trans Australia Airlines Fokker F27 (VH-TQT, Thomas Mitchell) operating it's Queensland regional service in 1982 stands in front of the original QANTAS hangar built in 1922 and heritage listed on the 21st of October 1992 and now part of the QANTAS Founders Outback Museum.
