Had been moved to the scrapping area at Southend on 14th August 1972 and would be broken up by early September. The nose section was displayed in the Historic Aircraft Museum at Southend in BMA colours. After the museum closed in 1983 it moved to Düsseldorf where it was exhibited for a couple of years on the former observation deck. It later went to Stuttgart and Seifertshofen, and by 2016 it was exhibited in Bad Honnef. It was still there by 2022.

This One-Eleven was delivered 10 May 1968 to Channel Airways (its first owner). After serving with British Airways, Birmingham European Airways and Brymon (G-BBMG) it finished its days in South Africa with Nationwide (reigistered ZS-OAH since April 1997. It was scrapped at Durban in 2008.

Originally a V.614 Mk.1, registered 27 June 1946, F/F 29 Oct.1946. Delivered to BEA named "Vantage" 12 Nov.1946. To Aviation Traders at Southend 21 Dec.1948 and converted to V.657 Mk.1. To BWIA as VP-TAZ Feb.1950 and to CAAC as VP-YJA Sept.1951. Restored as G-AHOZ Sept.1957, to East Anglian Flying Services May 1958 and Channel Airways Nov.1962 upon corporate name change. Withdrawn from use at Southend by Jan.1963 and cannibalised for spares until eventually scrapped there April 1964. Cancelled 2 May 1964 as 'Destroyed'.
