This "Frogfoot" still wears some of the numerous "zaps" it acquired during its visits to Western airshows in the early 1990s.

This Frogfoot-A was TOC by the 30th Ground Attack Regiment at Pardubice in September 1987. In April 2003 it was transferred to the museum at Kbely for display. In 2017 it underwent a complete restoration and is now part of the new Staré Aerovka museum at Letňany.

The basic Su-25 model was used as the basis for a commercial export variant, the Su-25K (Komercheskiy). The aircraft differed from the Soviet version in certain minor internal equipment details. A total of 180 Su-25K aircraft were built between 1984 and 1989 with this example on display in an hangar at the preserved in Vojenské Historické Múzeum at Pieštany,

Although slowly disappearing from the skies, the Bulgarian air force still operates the Su-25. This one participated in the 2005 Co-operative Key exercise

In 1994 a local air show was held in a field between Wincrange and Antoniushaff. As there is no airfield the fixed wing aircraft operated out of Luxembourg-Findel airport.

The basic Su-25 model was used as the basis for a commercial export variant, known as the Su-25K (Komercheskiy). A total of 180 Su-25K aircraft were built built at Factory 31 in Tbilisi, Georgia between 1984 and 1989. The Slovak Air Force received 12 Su-25Ks and one Su-25UBK following the dissolution of Czechoslovakia. The aircraft were based at the Slovak 33rd Air Base in Malacky-Kuchyna with this example now being on display at the super Múzeum Letectva Košice

Preserved at the Central Aerodrome Museum at the Frunze Central Airfield/Khodynka, Moscow. The museum closed in 2003 and the aircraft moved on to the Museum of Technology Vadim Zadorozhny. The site was redeveloped. This is a test and development prototype Su-25 with the manufacturer's designation T8-15 and the code 15 blue. It was used for the testing of the new R195 engine. However, for the Paris Air Show this was replaced by a standard R95Sh engine because the R195 was still secret, and the code was changed to 301 blue which actually was the Le Bourget exhibit code. In 1990 it was converted to a Su-25BM prototype (Sukhoi designation T8BM-2).
