Static display at airshow. This aircraft was lost on 11 March 2013 in the state of Washington with three crew fatalities.

This aircraft was lost during a landing attempt on USS Nimitz (CVN-68) on 26 May 1981. The resulting flight deck crash caused the loss of three aircrew as well as eleven flight deck personnel.

This Prowler now resides at the Hickory Aviation Museum
