Delivered to Overseas National Airways as N863F in 1968. To Flying Tiger Line as N799FT in 1973, SATA as HB-IDM in 1974 and Trans International Airlines as N872TV who were renamed to Transamerica Airlines in 1979. Converted to a DC-8-73CF in 1984. Sold as EI-BTG then to Flying Tiger Line as N706FT in 1987. They merged into Federal Express in 1989. Reregistered as N404FE then to United Parcel Service as N810UP in 1990. Withdrawn from use at Roswell, NM in 2009 and later scrapped.

To Minerve as F-GESM in 1987 then to Southern Air Transport as N873SJ in 1992, DHL in 1998, Emery Worldwide Airlines in 1999 then to DHL Airways in 2002 and Astar Air Cargo in 2003. To Skybus Jet Cargo in 2013. Reregistered as OB-2158-P in 2018 then back to N873SJ in 2019 and OB-2158-P in 2021. To Heavylift Cargo Airlines as N873SJ in 2023.

Delivered to Capitol International Airways as N4907C in 1968. Reregistered as N907CL in 1976. To UPS in 1984 and converted to a DC-8-73(CF). Reregistered as N867UP in 1985. Withdrawn from use at Roswell, NM in 2009 and scrapped in 2011.

Delivered new to Flying Tiger Line as N779FT on 28 Jun 1968. To Cargolux as LX-ACV on 19 Jun 1976. To Aer Turas as EI-BNA on 15 Apr 1983. Ferried to Marana for storage 30 Nov 1999. Last noted 20 Oct 2007. Since scrapped.

Leased from Cargolux for a few months in 1979/80. Delivered to Flying Tiger Line as N779FT in 1968. To Cargolux as LX-ACV in 1976 then to Aer Turas in 1982 and reregistered as EI-BNA in 1983. Withdrawn from use at Marana, AZ in 1999 and scrapped in 2008.

Delivered to ONA as N864F in 1969. Leased to a number of operators including Saudia from 1979 to 1981. Reregistered as N774FT then N906R in 1981. To Emery Worldwide in 1986, Air Transport International in 1995 and Arrow Air in 2004. Scrapped at Miami in 2009.
