Having photographed it at Goodyear AZ in May 1992, here it was again. Still in its former Hawiian Air colours. Believed to have been B/U not long after.

It had been leased by Paradise Island Airlines for just over a year, but had recently been returned to the leasing company, Aviation Enterprises. It was still in the basic colours of a previous user, Time Air (Canada) as C-FDNR.

Delivered to Air Niugini 4 November 1981.

The Dutch government needed additional transport capability for their troops during their long-lasting deployment to Afghanistan. So they leased this specially modified Dash 7 from the Canadian company Voyageur Airways. The aircraft was modified with self protection measures (chaff, flare, radar warning receivers) so it could transport personnel and freight more safely between the Dutch deployment locations over the war-torn Afghanistan.

It went to Arkia Israel Airlines in December 1992 as 4X-AHE.

Air BC operated six Dash 7s into the 90s. This one was was delivered new to Golden West Airlines on December 23, 1980 as N702GW then imported for Air BC March 19, 1984. It is pictured with short lived CP Air Commuter titles near the tail. The agreement ended when Pacific Western Airlines bought CP Air and formed Canadian Airlines. Air Canada purchased 85% of Air BC and joined the Air Canada Connectors. Sold in 1991 as Air BC standardized on the Dash 8s for operations, C-FJPI went to Voyageur Airways. In 1997, the aircraft was extensively modified for geophysical survey and was recently retired and cancelled from the Canadian register on March 14, 2018.
