The Polish AF operated 72 Il-28s, 15 Il-28Rs and 16 Il-28Us. The first aircraft was commissioned in 1952 and the type was finally retired in 1977.

Two Super Etendard Modernisé break away from the cameraship.

An Aéronautique Navale (French Naval Aviation) Super Etendard Modernisé (in short SEM), high over Le Havre in northwestern France. The large pod underneath the fuselage is the CRM280 belly reconnaissance pod with a panoramic (wet) film camera and steerable EO imager. The pod was introduced on the SEM in 2000. The Aéronautique Navale received 71 Etendards, they were retired from active service on 12 July 2016.

This Noratlas was delivered to the Armée de l'Air on 22 Dec 1954 and struck off charge on 4 June 1976 with 10,284 flying hours. During that time it served with nine units, the last of which was the storage handling unit Entrepôt de l'Armée de l'Air 601 (EAA 601) in May and June 1976. In this photo it carries their designation on the fin. The aircraft was transferred to the Musée de l'Air at Le Bourget and trucked there on 4 June 1976. On 22 July 1987 it was trucked to the Stade de la Rose des Vents stadium for display, as seen here. Fake code "50-CB" was never carried and its origins are unclear.

Traces of at least three former codes can be seen. The most recent is 64-BH, which it carried from 1 July 1972 until 15 May 1976.

Mirage F1C of ECTT2/30 "Normandie-Niemen" based at Reims-Champagne. Exhibited at the 1975 Paris Air Show.

This PZL-built version of the MiG 15 UTI was formerly '50' with the Polish Air Force. It was acquired as part of a batch by Barry Hempel and shipped to Archerfield in March 1993 ex storage Mierzecice AB, Poland. Currently displayed on a pole in fictitious Soviet markings outside what used to be the Flying Fighters Museum.
