The aircraft was delivered to the USAF as T-29C 52-1096 in September 1953, it was converted to AC-131A in April 1959 then AT-29C in May 1960, and re-designated ET-29C in 1962. It passed to the FAA as N244 in September 1962, re-registered N247 in September 1963 and then N28 in November 1963, N254 in 1966 and lastly to N94 in 1973. Restored to the USAF as 52-1096 in April 1977 but offered for sale and acquired by Time Aviation Services as N45786 in August that year. The last confirmed sighting at Tucson was in 1986 and thought scrapped around the time the registration was cancelled in July 1988.

Withdrawn to Davis Monthan in June 1975 and seen in the Desert Air Parts scrapyard. Registered as N1342K in September 1989 to a Scottsdale AZ. based owner but uncertain if it ever flew as such? . Scrapped.

Northeast Airlines CV-240 at HYA, near Cape Cod. N91241 was worn earlier by c/n 161, which crashed at Portland, Maine on 11 August 1949, just four months old. To Trans Texas Airlines on 20 May 1961. Converted to a CV-600 in 1966. Noted as Texas International on 31 Oct 1968. WFU and stored at Ryan Field AZ. Bought by SMB Stage Line on 19 Jan 1978. To Wright Airlines on 30 Jan 1981. Returned to SMB Stage Line in Feb 1989. To Kitty Hawk Airways 29 Oct 1991. WFU at Sherman-Grayson TX in Apr 1995 and broken up.

There were 10 former Texas International CV-600's stored at Ryan Field near Tucson. N94215 is the aircraft at the back with N94249 nearer the camera. Delivered to American Airlines on 30 Nov 1948 as a Convair 240 registered N94215. To Trans Texas Airlines on 25 Aug 1964. Converted to a CV-600 in Jun 1966. Noted as Texas International on 31 Oct 1968. WFU and stored at Ryan Field AZ. Bought by SMB Stage Line 19 Jan 1978. WFU and stored at Tucson and broken up in Aug 1993.

Delivered to the USAF in 1953 as T-29B 51-7917, later converted to VT-29B and last served with the 97th BW at Blytheville AFB, Arkansas before being withdrawn to MASDC at Davis Monthan in May 1975. Sold to Frigorifico Reyes of La Paz, Bolivia in August 1977 and out of use by 1981 the aircraft has been in its current position since at least 2003 and is used by the Fundacion Simón I. Patiño as a children's Library. Was still there by 2023.

Cockpit and cabin of this beautifully preserved aircraft are completely stripped, but most of the parts are stored in a nearby hangar.
