slide from E. H. Greenman. - C-FNAJ has flown for Nordair for 15 years. After the merger with Canadian Airlines in 1987, the Fairchild kept these colours with new Canadian titles for one or two further years, before it was retired and eventually scrapped at Red Deer in 1990.

Previously used by Mohawk Airlines from June 1966 - September 1967, Nordair added this FH-227 to their fleet in 1972. Retired after a merger with CP Air and Pacific Western Airlines to form Canadian Airlines, it was stored in Red Deer, AB and broken up.

Acquired Nov 2000 ex N239US US Airways. Merged into Canada 3000 Airlines May 2001.

Pictured after the recent amalgamation of Royal Airlines into Canada 3000 in May. This former Piedmont Airlines / US Airways 737 was on lease to Royal since November 2000. Stored after the sudden collapse of Canada 3000 in November 2001, the aircraft was eventually sold to a leasing company in October 2004. Many leases kept the aircraft busy until about 2015. It was last registered N966SM and stored.

Registration previously used on Fairchild Hiller FH-227E (508).
