Built as 43-48359 for the USAAF but immediately transferred to the RAF as KJ836. To the UK civil register as G-APML on 17 Apr 1958 with Transair. Transferred to Martin Baker Aircraft Ltd 29 Aug 1958. She was acquired by Air Atlantique on 6 Jul 1981. WFU and stored at Coventry CVT in May 1996. Scrapped Sep 1998.

At the 8th 'Flight International' Business & Light Aviation Show. This DC-3 had been purchased by Air Atlantique in July 1981 from long-term previous owners Martin-Baker Ltd.

Delivered to the USAAF as 43-48359 then to the RAF as KJ836 in 1944. To Martin-Baker as G-APML and registered as a C-47B Dakota Mk.6 in 1958. To Air Atlantique in 1981. This photo was taken after its certificate of airworthiness had expired in 1984. Moved to Coventry by 1996 and scrapped in 1998.

Still in the colours of former owner Martin Baker, with whom she was based at Chalgrove as company transport from 1958, this Dak served Air Atlantique between 1981 and 1984, then going into storage at Coventry. B/u 9.98. The nose was reportedly shipped to Kuwait for a restuarant, and by 2007 the rear fuselage still survived at the Pinewood Studios in Iver Heath, UK.
