Delivered to National Airlines as N4617 in 1964. They merged into Pan Am in 1980. To Northeastern International in 1984. To Pride Air then to Avianca as HK-3203X in 1985 and reregistered as HK-3203 in 1988. To International Air Leases as N4617 in 1991 then to Faucett as OB-1465 in 1992. Withdrawn from use at Lima in 1993 and scrapped.
