VH-MMB was delivered to MMA in 1947 ex RAAF and flew with the airline until its CoA expired in March 1959. By then it was operating scheduled services from Perth to Rottnest Island a short distance off the coast and for charter and aerial survey work. Delivered to Ansett Transport Industries with MMA titles. The aircraft entered the Australian register 4 August 1970. It was later operated by East West Airlines in March 1971. Finally sold to Air Executive A/S Norway in July 1978 as LN-NPH.

This Rockhampton-based, 1981 Bonanza was visiting the Wide Bay International Airshow. It was originally registered in the USA as N3837X, but was quickly exported to Australia and registered VH-MMB(4) on 14 April 1982.

VH-MMB was a bit of an outsider, the only 300 series F27 to be registered in Australia. It was purchased by Ansett for MacRobertson Miller Airlines in August 1970 but then sold in sold seven months later to East-West. When EWA's plans or -MMB fell through, it was used mainly for charters and to cover peak holiday demand and the absence of other aircraft under maintenance, both is own and other airlines. In 1978 -MMB was sold in Norway as LN-NPH.
