Among the Twin Otters in the Ashe Aircraft Enterprises stable, this aircraft was delivered to Wideröes Flyveselskap AS in 1974 registered LN-BNB. Kenn Borek Air ferried it back to Canada in May 1995 as C-FVFK for delivery to Aerolineas Islas de Las Perlas (Aeroperlas Regional) the same month. Registered HP-1281APP, the aircraft retired in 2010 and was ferried to Springbank in April 2010. It has been a source of parts for rebuilding other Twin Otters over the years.

Having flown in on their Dash 7, this was my ride back from Florø to Bergen. Because of the excellent VMC conditions the captain informed me that a low level VFR Flight Plan had been filed "for educational purposes". When we flew low over a nudist beach not far from Bergen the penny dropped! Fun times.

Its flying days are over. Now it is a parts source and eventually it will go to the scrapper.

Delivered new in 1974 then sold back to Canada and here on ferry to Calgary. It was overhauled by Kenn Borek Air at Calgary then served in Panama. Returned to Canada in 2010 but last known dismantled and withdrawn from use.
