Became N4860V with Flying Tiger Line in 1952. Joined Interior Airways in 1956. Transferred to Fairbanks Air Service in 1972. Written off in 1975, landing short of the runway at Prudhoe Bay/Deadhorse Airport, AK. Acquired by Clifford R. Everts in 1976 as a source of spares. Aft fuselage used by Buffalo Airways to repair taxi accident damage to C-FAVO occurred in 2004.
