Ex 42-93271 and KG572. Bought by Derby Aviation in April 1961 and sold to Gregory Air Services in May 1965, leased by them for a short period in 1967 to Emerald Airways as EI-ARR. Flew in Africa from August 1968 as VQ-ZJB, 3D-AAH, A2-ZHR and ZS-KAT. Joined the Rhodesian AF in January 1978 as R3700 and became 3700 with the Zimbabwe AF in April 1980. Withdrawn and stored at Manyame by February 1998 it was one of five ex Zimbabwe AF C-47s transported by road to Wonderboom in July/August 2017. Registered to Preferred Air Parts as N568PT and cancelled from the US register in May 2023

Airline name changed to British Midland Airways in 1964. Subsequently flew with Lydd Air and Skyways Cargo until export to the USA in 1981 for missionary work. Current with Florida Air Cargo as N271SE in 2021.

Built in 1950. Registered to Derby Aviation in 1955 and cancelled as destroyed in February 1964. It has 'DA' plus the registration last two letters 'GW' on the nose in the style of BEA.

Taxying out to begin an inclusive tour service to Europe. Company name changed to British Midland on 1 October 1964. Withdrawn from service in October 1967.
