Delivered new to United Airlines in 1952 as a CV340 and here after turbo conversion. Imported in 1988 and exported as N581P in 1995.

Built in 1953 as a CV340 for Braniff and here after conversion with CanAir from 1990 to 1999. Then it was exported as N582HG and used as artificial reef near Opa Locka/FL.

Ex N5805, registered 31st Aug 1988 and became N581HG 9th March 1999

Ex N5816, registered to Canair Cargo 28th Aug 1990 and transferred to Kelowna Flightcraft March 1999

Ex N585PL, registered 18th Dec 1987 to Soundair/Air Toronto and transferred to Canair Cargo Nov 1990. Became N584E with Air Tahoma 16th March 1999

Ex C-GTEM. Strictly speaking no longer with CanAir Cargo but owned by World Aviation Services since Mar 99 and Trans-Air-Link from Nov 99. There is no evidence that it ever subsequently operated with TAL or anyone else. Recorded as withdrawn from use 2001.

Ansett-ANA's Convair 440 VH-BZM (1957 - 1962), this aircraft was converted to a Convair 580 by Allegheny Airlines in 1968. Later flying for Commuter Airlines / Freedom Airlines, it came to Canada for Air Ontario in 1984. Pictured on lease to Canair Cargo (1991 - 1993), the aircraft is current as an air tanker with Conair (C-FKFL) at the time of uploading.

This frame was originally delivered as a 340 to United Air Lines as N73115 in October 1952 and called "Mainliner San Diego". It also then flew with Allegheny and underwent subequent conversions to 540, 440 and finally in October 1965 to 580-standard. After cargo conversion and time hauling freight around Alaska and Canada, it was leased by TAL and based at OPF. By September 2001 it was wfu, stored, damaged during Hurricane Wilma and had finally been scrapped by November 2007.

Built in 1953 as a CV340 for National Airlines and imported as above in 1990. Sold to Pioneer Cargo as VH-PDX in 2008 and withdrawn from use by 2022.

When new, this SD-330 was leased to Crown Airways from August 9, 1980 to March 1989 as N141CN. Labrador Airways bough the aircraft in March 1991. It's pictured on a lease to CanAir Cargo from February 23, 1994 until it was returned to Labrador Airways January 26, 1996. The aircraft was sold to Skyway Enterprises September 24, 1998 as N805SW. The registration was cancelled in 2006.
