Moored at its Selkirk Air base on the Red River. With the US Army from new in 1959 as 58-1700, until retirement in 1973. Became C-GCDX in 1974. Flew with Bearskin Lake Air Service from 1980 until blown into the bush by windstorm while undergoing maintenance in 1986. Bought and rebuilt by Allen Airways. In 1996 joined Selkirk Air and was converted to Polish PZL-100 power. Note that in this shot it is fitted, unusually for a PZL, with a three-bladed propeller possibly from a DC-3. Joined Bald Mountain Air Service of Homer, AK in 2008 as N413JP. Then to a Garrett powered Texas Turbine in 2011.

Moored at its Selkirk Air base on the Red River. Delivered new to the US Navy as 144674 in 1956 and saw service in the Antarctic. Transferred to the Army National Guard in 1966. Briefly became N5348G with the Civil Air Patrol in 1977. Exported to Canada as C-GGSL in 1978, operating mainly with Parsons Airways Northern. Joined Enterlake Air Services, trading as Selkirk Air, in 1987. Converted by Airtech to Polish PZL-1000 engine power in 1990. Sold on by Selkirk Air in 2005 to Pipestone Air of Emo, Ontario. Repainted with a huge Walleye fish mural over the winter of 2018.

Moored on the Red River at Selkirk. Delivered new to the US Army in 1955 as 54-1696. Entered civil life in 1976 as N67687, but only a few months later exported to Canada as C-GPHI. Served with Sowind Air of St Andrews, Manitoba from 1993 until 2002.

Built in 1957 and here visiting from Eston/SK which was likely due to a change of ownership this month to someone local. Re-registered as N800HM to that same owner in November 2014 and based at Florida.

Seen on the Red River at Selkirk shortly after being sold on by its previous owner. Retains the original Beaver porthole. Registered to Amik Aviation from then on.

Seen on take off from the Red River. Had earlier taxied, from a downstream location, along the far bank and past Selkirk Seaplane docks to find a suitable point on the river for departure.

It has just landed in the Red River and taxied to the Selkirk Seaplane slipway, where it was taken out of the water by means of this motorised trolley. Before an interested audience, it is now bracing itself for the steep haul up the ramp, and across Breezy Point Road, to the specialist maintainers on Selkirk Airfield.

Moored at Selkirk's docks on the Red River, which is in flood. Carrying small Amik Aviation titles.

The pilot keeps a watchful lookout as his Stationair 6 is hauled out of the Red River on a trolley, dragged up the ramp and across Breezy Point Road, to meet the maintenance specialists on Selkirk Airfield. Operated by Sandy Lake Seaplane, met a premature end to its career in 2015 at Lemonade Lake, Ontario, where it crashed into trees on take off and was damaged beyond repair. Its remains were recovered to Selkirk and dumped in the graveyard area behind the hangars.

Taxi-ing upstream to turn into the wind for take off on the Red River, whose waters are high. Initially delivered to the US Army in 1954 as 53-7920.

Moored at its Selkirk base, but with access proving temporarily difficult due to the Red River being in flood. Built in 1943 for the USAF as 43-35481. Passed to the RCAF as HB112 but quickly sold on to the civilian market as C-FSFH. Acquired by Selkirk Air from Ontario Central Airlines in 1983. Substantially damaged at Bradburn Lake, Manitoba on 5 June 1995 when the port float separated during takeoff as the aircraft commenced its third flight of the day from a fishing camp back to Selkirk.

Imported in 1981 for Orillia Air Services in Ontario and still current in Manitoba as of 2021 having changed hands between bush operators several times.

Made in 1949 and still current based at The Pas/MB in 2020.
