Now based with Oklahoma Museum of Flying.

18 May '45: TOS USAAF with s/n 44-85740 at Syracuse, NY, stored there. 7 Nov '45: Altus, OK, stripped of all military equipment. 6/46: Metal Products. 2 weeks later: Universal Aviation as NL5017N; used for aerial mapping. Successive owners reinforced the floor for hauling cattle, used for aerial photography and surveying, used for aerial application, and used for pest control and fire-fighting. 1976: WFU. 1978 Restoration to military configuration began. Ca.1982: To EAA and finished restoration.

3 Aug '83: First flight. 25 Aug '83: TOS USAF as A-10A and assigned to the 3246th Test Wing, Eglin AFB, FL. 5/90: 74th Tactical Fighter Squadron/23rd Tactical Fighter Wing, England AFB, LA. 1/92 to 1/02: 358th Fighter Squadron/355th Wing at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ. 23 Jan '02: AMARC, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ as AC0282 for GPS and wing modifications. 13 Mar '02 to after 1/20: 354th FS/355th Wing, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ. 2006: Converted to A-10C.

23 Jul 1987: First flight. 24 Aug 1987: TOS USMC and assigned to Marine Attack Squadron 223 (VMA-223), MCAS Cherry Point, NC. By 5/88: VMA-542, MCAS Cherry Point. By 12/90: VMA-231, which deployed to Al Jubail Air Base, Saudi Arabia for combat in Operation Desert Storm. By 7/94: VMA-223. By 3/02: Stored dismantled at Cherry Point. 6 Feb 2003 SOC. As late as May 2009 was still dismantled at Cherry Point.

22 Sep 86: First flight. 24 Oct 86: TOS USMC and assigned to Marine Attack Training Squadron 203 (VMAT-203), MCAS Cherry Point, NC. By 3/87: Marine Attack Squadron 542 (VMA-542), MCAS Cherry Point. By 1990: VMA-231, MCAS Cherry Point. 8/90 to 3/91: Deployed to Al Jubail Air Base, Saudi Arabia, for combat missions in Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm.
