SE-DUR joined Transwede/Braathens Sweden from Air Littoral in 1997. Braathens had taken over Transwede the year before and changed the name. Another name change came in February 1999 when the airline acquired Malmö Aviation and merging it with Braathens Sweden forming Braathens Malmö Aviation. She is here seen in an interim livery at Jönköping a few months after the merger.

Delivered new to MEA as F-ORME 14th Feb 2003 and registered TC-ATG 2nd Feb 2012 to AtlasJet. Transferred to ZagrosJet as YI-AQU 13th June 2012, returning to AtlasJet as TC-ATG 9th Sep 2013. Agian leased to ZagrosJet as YI-AQU 6th June 2013 and it was withdrawn from use LTBA (Istanbul) 4th Nov 2014

Delivered to the RCAF as 12667 in 1964. Reserialled as 104667 in 1970. To Denmark as RT-667 in 1972. Withdrawn from use at Aalborg in 1983. Preserved at North Zealand Aviation Museum, Slangerup from 1989. To Svedinos Bil- och Flygmuseum, Ugglarp in 2006.

Seen carrying advertising for a magazine, this Moth had an interesting subsequent career. Bought by the Swedish state, it arrived in Svalbard by ship on 2 July 1928 to take part in the rescue efforts following the crash of the airship Italia. Its commander Umberto Nobile had been rescued by a Swedish Fokker C.V, but that plane crashed during its next landing on the survivors' ice floe. Flying the lighter Moth, Birger Schyberg managed to pick up the C.V's pilot, Lt Einar Lundberg. The Moth then served in the Swedish air force until a crash in 1930. After an extensive rebuild it flew as SE-ADZ until 1950.

Putting aircraft on skis in winter was still commonplace in northern countries in the 1930s, and at Västerås - Hässlö, on Lake Mälaren, an ice runway was apparently preferred over a snowy airfield. Delivered to the Swedish Army as 02201 in 1959. Retired in 1969 and used as a ground trainer at Västerås -Johannisberg. To the Flygteknikcentrum at Västerås-Hässlö by 1988 and stored. To the Swedish Air Force Museum (Flygvapenmuseum) at Linköping/Malmen in 2015 then to Brattbytorpet Vintage Machine Museum in Stavre, near Östersund, in October 2016.

On 31 October 1944 a Luftwaffe Do 24 rescue aircraft, CM-RY, was flown from Nest (Unieście) in Pomeriania to Sweden by a deserting mechanic, Heinz Roesch, and his girlfriend. Roesch was hired as an adviser and the Do 24 entered service with F2 wing at Hägernäs, today the Täby seaplane flying club. It served in the rescue role until 1951. Photo from: Flygvapenmuseum

Still has Transjet's "TJ" tail logo. Delivered to Singapore Airlines as 9V-SQE in 1976. To Boeing as N747BH in 1983 then to Pan Am as N727PA in 1984, Nationair as C-FNXP in 1992, Tower Air as N514DC in 1993 and Air Club International as C-GCIH in 1994. Back to the lessor as N511P in 1995 then to Tower Air as N620FF in 1996. To Transjet Airways as SE-RBN in 2002, Northeast Airlines as 3D-NEE in 2004 and Jet Midwest as N981JM in 2007. Converted to Jumbo Stay Hotel at Stockholm-Arlanda in 2008.

Only 25 days later, on September 21st 1992 this jet was destroyed by a fire, taking off from Umeå. All on board could escape alive.
