Built as a CV440-85 and registered as N4E in 1956. Converted to a CV580 in 1965. Reregistered as N4479 in 1968, N55H in 1974, N45LC in 1985 and N51255 in 1987. To IFL Group in 2011. Last flight to Pontiac, MI in 2013 and used for parts. Still there in 2023.

Delivered to Western Air Lines as N4515W in 1968. To EG&G in 1980 then to Air South in 1994. To Vanguard Airlines as N903LC then to Boeing as N737BG in 1998 and used as a flying avionics laboratory. Withdrawn from use at Walnut Ridge, AR in 2004 and scrapped.

Delivered to Northwest Orient Airlines as N291US in 1977 who were renamed to Northwest Airlines in 1986. Withdrawn from use at Roswell, NM in 2001. Scrapped around 2007.

Reregistered to G-EKPT 30 Apr 1990 with Ryanair Europe and noted leased to London European Airways Aug 1990. Transfered to the Irish register with Ryanair as EI-CCX on 17 Dec 1990. Sold to Oriental Airlines of Nigeria 02 Dec 1994 as 5N-EYI. WFU and stored at Lagos Feb 2000. Broken up by 2005.
