Delivered to KLM as PH-DEC in 1968. To Icelandair as TF-FLU in 1984 then to Trans Continental Airlines as N820TC in 1989. Reregistered as N863E in 1990. Converted to a DC-8-63(F) freighter, to Southern World Airlines then to American International Airlines in 1991. Reregistered as N787AL then to Air Transport International in 1992. Reregistered as N788AL in 1994. To Airborne Express and reregistered as N828AX in 1997 who were renamed to ABX Air in 2003. To Meridian Airways as 9G-AXC in 2009. Grounded at Accra by the Ghana CAA in 2013 and scrapped in 2015.

Delivered to Netherlines as PH-KJD in 1985. Sold and reregistered as G-BRGR in 1989, G-LOGR in 1991, G-ENIS in 1994, SP-FTG in 1995 and N789AA then N221FN in 2000. Withdrawn from use at Lake City, FL in 2003. Fuselage still there in 2022.

Delivered to Singapore Airlines as 9V-STH in 1983. To Luxair as LX-LGP in 1984, then to South African Airways as ZS-SDI in 1987. Sold as EI-CBW in 1991 and stored at Lemwerder. To Pakistan International Airlines as AP-BEL in 1993 then to MNG Airlines as TC-MCA in 2005. Used for parts at Karachi and scrapped in 2007.

Registered as N3009F before delivery to Crossair as HB-LNA in 1981. Sold and registered as N448CA in 1987, C-FJLE in 1994, LV-PNF in 1997, LV-YIC in 1998 then XA-VGH in 2023.

Built in 1977 and it flew with Calm Air from 1985 until export as N26LE in 1997. Withdrawn from use and cancelled as OB-1710 in 2013. The Canadian registration letters MMK were chosen to commemorate the names of three Calm Air employees killed in the crash of this aircraft's predecessor (C-GPPN) in 1984.
