This North American F-86 Sabre lookalike is actualy a CA-27 Sabre. Based on the F-86 the Commonwealth Aircraft Corporation built a total of 90 CA-27 Sabres for the Australian Air Force. Painted to depict F-86E 51-2747 which served in the Korean War. This aircraft used to carry serial A94-954 and flew as such for the RAAF until 1971.

The second prototype of the GAF Nomad first flew in April 1972 as VH-SUR, it was leased to the Australian Army in 1973 as A18-002 but soon after written off in a landing accident. The Aircraft was repaired and returned to the Army which in turn used the aircraft as an instructional airframe with the fake serial A18-300. Nowadays the Nomad is preserved with the Museum of Australian Army Flying.

This Let 410 from Sierra Leone's East Air was far away from home and in use with the local skydive club at Caloundra. It was noted as such on several occasions between 2001 and 2005.

This Metro was in the process of being restored into the colours of Bush Pilots Airways. The tail was already painted as such while the fuselage was still in the livery of Kendell Airlines, the last operator of the aircraft.

Withdrawn from use in 1995 by Majestic Airways this Mohawk ended up in the collection of the Queensland Air Museum. The museum painted the aircraft in the colours of Queensland Pacific Airlines, an airline for which the airplane flew from 1988 until 1991.
