The photo was taken the day, shortly before the official "Log-Book" hand over ceremony took place. This DHC-2 was the 1500th Beaver to come off the de Havilland Canada assembly line. The aircraft has the Manitoba Coat of Arms on the pax door.

C-GARM, painted as CG-ARM, landing at Winnipeg at the end of its delivery flight from the USA. This CASA 352L (ex N99234) was later repainted and converted to a single engine aircraft, representing Ju 52/1m CF-ARM as flown in Canada by Canadian Airways Ltd during the 1930s and 1940s.

Ex Spanish Air Force T.2B-148, N99234. Built as a 3-engined CASA 352L, this aircraft arrived at the museum from the USA on 10 June 1982, then painted as "CG-ARM" (see here). In 1984 it was modified as seen in this photo, representing the single-engined Ju 52/1m CF-ARM as flown by Canadian Airways during the 1930s and 1940s. The real CF-ARM was c/n 4006, which was scrapped at Winnipeg, Manitoba in the mid 1940s.

Struck off with 1627:40 airframe hours 25 September 1946. Originally registered to Ernie Simmons of Tillsonburg, Ontario. Donated to the museum in 2006. This was the first all-metal Canadian built bush plane. This prototype parasol wing version was powered by a 525 HP P&W S1D1 Wasp engine. It sank after running into a submerged log near Lost Bay on Confederation Lake 3 October 1940. Subsequently salvaged and donated to the museum for restoration. This was the final Sabre built by Canadair at Montreal before it ceased production. During its service with the Pakistan Air Force it achieved 6 kills during conflicts with India. Donated to the museum in 1996 and delivered inside a CAF Lockheed C-130. It was previously displayed with PAF markings.
