Taxiing onto Runway 27 for liftoff this was one of more than a dozen Helicopters that made up the "Navy 100" Flight display.

Another inmate of the Beauvechain museum is this Hunter fuselage. It is stored behind the museum apart from the forward fuselage. It has been here for quite some years and nothing has happened so far...

Many interesting aeroplanes to be seen at this museum although most were very difficult to be photographed satisfactorily.

This Mosquito is in reality RS709, a B.Mk. 35, but has been restored to a USAAF Mk. XVI configuration and given the fake aerial NS519, a weather reconnaissance aircraft of the 653rd BS based in England in 1944-1945. This Mosquito was also formerly G-ASKA, N9797 and G-MOSI.

This original WWII veteran served with 435 & 436 Squadrons in India from 1944-46 being used to transport supplies and troops to the British Army in Burma. Subsequently, it served in various squadrons in Canada until its retirement in 1989. It is now on display at the National Air Force Museum of Canada in this Canucks Unlimited scheme to commemorate its Burmese WWII history.

This aircraft is part of the Aircraft Maintenance Instruction Flight and carries an RAF black training livery in which it looks stunning. It is maintained in taxyable condition
