Delivered new to United in 2017, N15969 is one of 74 787s in the airlines fleet currently.

First flight March 25th 1982 at Everett. Used by Boeing as a Demonstrator for customers worldwide, before delivered to United Airlines as N605UA November 3rd 1982. February 2004 it was WFU after 25 years for UA and stored at Victorville. From September 2007 it flew for Vision Airways, and in October 2005 it was rr to N769VA. December 2015 it was stored at San Bernadino, and broken up there in April 2019. Boeing arrived FBU that afternoon, it came from Amman. and the next day it flew nonstop from FBU to Seattle-Everett.
