One of the early Orlik production examples is preserved in the museum at Deblin.

This Lockheed Martin built F-16C (FMS serial 06-0005) was handed over to Greece as part of the Peace Xenia IV program on 19 May 2009. It arrived at its new homebase Araxos on 22 May 2009 and was assigned to 335 Mira. 005 became the first Greek F-16 to be upgraded to Block 72 standard. It was flown over from conversion location Charleroi/Gosselies (SABCA, Belgium) to Fort Worth for inspection and tests on 17 February 2021. And later returned to Greece and assigned to 343 Mira "Asteri" (Star) at Souda air base (Crete). It is seen here with dummy AIM-120 and IRIS-T air to air missiles.

By November 2009 the aircraft had undergone some restoration and a repaint and moved for display at the Parque Temático de la FAP, close to the entrance to Lima Callao airport. When that was closed in 2022 the aircraft was moved to the dump area.

Stored at Kabul was this Czech built (1977) L-39C Albatros. It was cannibalized in 2005/2006 timeframe to keep two other L-39Cs, in the back ground of this picture, in the air. Serial 005 never flew again, as the two operational Afghan National Army - Air Corps (ANA-AC) were phased out early 2006. 005 was last noted, still withdrawn from use, at Kabul in 2014.

This Orlik is on display at the super Muzeum Sil Powietrznych (Polish Air Force Museum).

Six MS.230s saw service on the Republican side in the Spanish Civil War. None survived and this airframe, formerly F-BCBX, was acquired by the Museo del Aire in 1995.
