The real "0119/1" of team Ara Sunú was said to be the one sold to the United States as N3171R in 1991. Also, most of the former South African Texans were already composite airframes and various versions of the previous identity of this "1" have been mentioned (ex 7700, ex 7711 or ex Brazil 1389.) Take your pick... (and no, I did not climb in to check it unfortunately...)

This aircraft was operated by 1. Staffel/Ergãnzungs Kampfgruppe 4 (1./Erg.K.Gr.4) in April 1940. "U4+TK" landed on the frozen lake Jonsvannet near Trondheim on April 20, 1940. It was damaged and the radiooperator was killed, after at bombing raid on ships in Namsfjorden. The aircraft sank through the ice during the next days. 64 years later, in September 2004, it was recovered by a salvage team.
