Put up for disposal in 1972. Became CF-BEO. Served with La Ronge Aviation Services, La Ronge, Saskatchewan from 1974 until 1996. Exported to Cairns, Queensland, Australia as VH-OTR. Returned to Canada as C-FBEO in 2005. Joined Excellent Adventures Outposts & Air Service Ltd of Ear Falls, Ontario in 2007.

On Little Lake, immediately adjacent to Sioux Lookout Airport. While taxiing to warm up, blew a cylinder and returned to shore. Taken on charge new by the US Army in 1960 as 59-2225. Seen here beached and out of use at the airfield at Selkirk, Manitoba, having probably landed in the adjacent Red River and been towed across the Breezy Point Road to storage.
