Initially allocated RAF serial AL807, this Boston was one of 22 instead shipped to the Netherlands East Indies Air Force (NEIAF) and overpainted with the markings of the Kon Marine (Dutch Navy), assigned serial 240. In March 1942 with the fall of Java it was diverted while still in transit to the RAAF's 22 Sqdn but crashed on Goodenough Island in the Solomon Sea off New Guinea in September 1943 after bombing Gasmata, occupied by the Japanese forces, on the southern coast of New Britain. The wreck was recovered by an RAAF Chinook and onward shipment to Amberley in 1987 for restoration.

After a raid on Japanese forces at Wewak in May 1944 this A-20 was damaged by ground fire and forced to land in the Bumbura Swamp near Annamberg in the Ramu Valley of New Guinea. Abandoned on site. The largely intact airframe was lifted out by a Mi-26 helicopter and recovered by the RAAF Museum for use as a parts source for A-20 A28-8 and A-20 42-86786 in 1994. Moved to the RAF Museum, Hendon in 2005 where restoration was begun and passed to Pima in 2018. Now finished in the colours worn prior in 1944 while operating with the 89th BS, 3rd BG, Fifth Air Force, Nadzab, New Guinea.

This Havoc was used by the Soviet air force and was shot down by anti-aircraft artillery on April 9, 1945 during an attack on a German convoy. The plane was forced to land, and the crew was saved. The wreck was discovered at the bottom of the Baltic Sea in June 2013, 4 km from Rozewie at a depth of 14 m. In October 2014, the plane was recovered from the sea. The wreck has been exhibited at the Polish Aviation Museum in Krakow since 2021.
