Docked at its Lac du Bonnet base. Delivered new to the US Army in 1958 as 57-6124. Saw active service in Vietnam with the 18th Aviation Company. Became N2750 in 1971. Joined Keewatin Air of Winnipeg, MB as C-GKYG in 1981. Subsequently served with a number of Canadian operators. Converted to the Polish PZL 1000 piston engine by Eagle Aviation in 1994. Further converted to Walter M601 turbine power in 2003.

Taxiing out on departure from its base dock at Lac du Bonnet. Taken on charge new by the US Army in 1960 as 59-2226. Became N6281, later N445FD, with the Chicago Fire Department Air Sea Rescue Service in 1972. Exported to Canada as C-GSUV in 1985 to join Silver Pine Air Services, later re-named Eagle Aviation. Fitted with a Polish PZL 1000 engine in 1987. Converted to turbine power with a Walter M601 engine in 2004 by AOG Air Support at Kelowna, BC. Joined Adventure Air in 2013. Reverted to N6281 on export to Kenai, Alaska in 2023.

It went to Costa Rica's Guardia Civil Air Wing then was flown with one other Otter and three Skywagons en masse to Winnipeg in 1980. In 2011 it went to Vancouver Island Air as C-GVIX and current as such in 2022.
