Likely here on a freight charter as indicated by the cargoliner covering the windows inside. It operates for Carson Air out of Kelowna (CYLW) in 2022. (The pile of rubble behind is from the ripping up of runway 13/31 which was being re-laid at this time.)

Delivered new in 1975 to Wien Air Alaska and here operated by NWT Air, complete with the gravel runway kit. The livery is that adopted by Air Canada Connector airlines. I was told that when Air Canada got involved with NWT they didn't want to be associated with the old Electra fleet, then in service, and forced NWT to switch to the B737. Routes that were flown non-stop with the Electra then had to make tech. stops for fuel. Enthusiasts in Sweden and the UK benefited though as five of the Electra fleet ended up there.
