Delivered new in February 1957 to Mexicana as XA-LOB. Operated by TAE from April 1967 until stored at Madrid from January 1977.

French-built postwar version of the Fieseler Storch. This example carries "Birdman" Leo Valentin who can be seen facing rearwards with his folded wooden wings prior to a drop, when he would glide for a while before deploying his parachute. He was killed near Liverpool (Speke) on 20 May 1956 when a wing was damaged as he left the aircraft.

Built for USAAC as A-24B Banshee 42-54582. Civilianised post-war as N4488N and N17421. Retired in 1975 to MCAS Quantico Museum and displayed as an SBD-5. In 2004 restored to its correct A-24B guise and displayed at the USAF Museum Dayton OH as '115786'.

Built in 01.45 for USAAF as C-54D 42-72442 and here painted thus in 1992. To RAF in 02.45 as KL977 and flown by 232 Squadron on regular Ceylon-Australia flights. Returned to USA in 1946 and allotted to US Navy as 91994. Stored at Davis Monthan 07.70. Bought by Aero Union and became N76AU in 01.76. Used as tanker until sold to Aero Flite in 10.01. Operational in 02.18 as N3054V with Alaska Air Fuel at age 73. Sadly, this aircraft, with its two crew, was lost in a crash immediately after take-off from Fairbanks, Alaska on 23 April 2024. By then, it was the last DC-4 flying commercially in the USA.

Built for USAAF in June 1945 as 45-0481. Stored at Davis Monthan in 07.73 and bought by Aero Union in 11.78. Converted to tanker. Operated by Hemet Valley FS as '166' from 10.85 until sale to Hawkins & Powers in 01.93. Still operational with them in 04.07 when 62 years old and still currently registered in 2018.

Ex USAF 67-14825. Transferred to NASA in 1969.

Built for US Navy in August 1944 as R4D-6 17266. To C-47J in September 1962. Sold in 1964. Became N2566B. Stored at Oshkosh in 2008 as N56KS. Converted to Basler BT-67 and delivered as C-FTGX in 2010.

Operated by Swissair from November 1967 until destroyed by fire at Athens after over-running the runway 08.10.79.

Built in 1943 as PV-1 33327 and transferred to Canada as 2198. Sold in 1948 for civil use. Converted by Howard Aero to Super Ventura standard in 1958 and registered N240P. Badly damaged by fire in 1994 after fuel leak.
