After delivery in June 1959, Pacific Air Lines merged with Bonanza Air Lines and West Coast Airlines in 1968 to form Air West. Howard Hughes stepped in to save the airline in 1969 and changed the name to Hughes Air West. This F-27 went to Canada with Norcanair in 1974 registered C-GCRA. Merged into Time AIr in 1988, the aircraft was sold to Perimeter Airlines in 1989. Northern Dene Airways bought it in November 1991 and revived the Norcanair name. Finally sold to Kelowna Flightcraft in 1994, it was withdrawn again and slowly stripped of parts.

Former Canadian Army Voyageur 10418 received serial 11318 after the amalgamation of the Canadian Forces circa 1970. Converted to SAR configuration in 1975, the helicopter is pictured before it received the more advanced SARCUP (Search and Rescue Capability Upgrade Program) conversion in 1982/1983 and renamed a Labrador at that time. Withdrawn circa 2005 when the type was retired, it was sold to Columbia Helicopters in 2008 and stored at Aurora, OR for future use.

This early 727 was delivered to Eastern Airlines on October 7, 1964. Retired to Marana, AZ, it's future did not look good among the aircraft stored and being broken up when photographed. Sold to Monarch Aviation in September 1982 however, it would be put back together and converted to a freighter in December. It went on to fly in Australia, USA and South America before final retirement by LAS Lineas Aereas Suramericanas in 2006. It was broken up in Bogota, Colombia during 2007.

US Army Air Force C-60A Lodestar 42-55899 was quickly sold after World War II via the Reconstruction Finance Corporation. Variously registered NC17092, N8008 and N600L in 1957 after Westinghouse Electric bought the aircraft in 1956. It was converted to a Learstar II in 1958. Re-registered N608L when bought by The Lincoln National Life in 1964. Later with United Founders Life insurance company, a series of owners followed until it was impounded for drug smuggling in 1975. Pictured with Vintage Aircraft Sales, the registration was kept current until 2013, but the eventual fate is unknown.

This 1947 Auster Arrow spent most of it's time in Africa, arriving in Rhodesia in the 50s. After an accident, the aircraft was bought by "Mike" Spence and rebuilt. Sold when the family moved to South Africa in 1964, the Auster was spotted in an ad in damaged condition. Buying again bought in 1978, it was rebuilt and registered it ZS-VMV. The family started emigrating to the USA in 2012 starting with the grandsons with the Auster imported in 2016 and registered N322MV.

Time Air's Convair C-FPWS beginning taxi in a photo that's total history now. The aircraft was withdrawn in 1991 and broken up by 2005. The Pacific Western tug and cart in the background would be Canadian Airlines by late 1986 and Edmonton City Centre Airport itself would close in 2013. Edmonton is developing the land into a new community known as Blatchford (the airport was first named for Winnipeg's mayor Kenneth Alexander Blatchford who helped develop it in 1927).
