A former RAAF aircraft, A30-11 was one of several DC-2s that had had been stored next to Bankstown airport by aviation pioneer Sid Marshall. It was acquired in 1979 by the West Albury Rotary Club for a memorial to the original PH-AJU, which had landed in Albury under arduous conditions in 1934. Control surfaces were fabricated from sheet aluminium and other non-aviation materials were used in its assembly. Safety concerns due to corrosion forced its removal from display in the early 2000s. In 2017 A30-11 was being restored for a new Uiver Memorial in Albury.

After a considerable time in the holding pattern DC-2 'Uiver' entered the arena during the last Coventry Classic Air Show. The original crashed in adverse weather in Iraq on its second journey to Batavia, in December 1934. NC39165 redid the London-Melbourne-London journey during 1983-1984. In 1999, the Aviodrome museum acquired NC39165 from its owner in the U.S. and brought her to Europe once again. After several years of flying she was put on display indoors at Lelystad airport, although still airworthy.

VH-CDZ was grounded after a minor landing accident at Bankstown in 1957. For several years it sat next to Marshall's hangar (out of sight to the left of this photo) until the area was needed for a car park. It was then towed to the middle of the airport and the Marshall Airways titles removed. After Sid Marshall died, the DC-2 was sold to an American Airlines pilot but an export permit was refused. It has since been intermittently under restoration in Australia but its current state is not known. Photo by the late Bob Kensett.

Was officially registered to Richard M. Rosser (Graham, TX) as N8486D in Nov 1981, and to the Confederate Air Force in Apr 1983, with the same registration. But the aircraft was never delivered and remained at Bankstown, and the registration was never applied. It was cancelled from the US register on 17 Dec 1984.

A30-14 photographed in its fading wartime camouflage in the yard of Sid Marshall, aviation pioneer, aircraft collector and the owner of Marshall Airways. Marshall, who died in 1975, kept a collection of derelict aircraft, cars and buses where he lived adjoining Bankstown Airport. A30-14 was bought by him in 1947 as a source of spares for DC-2 VH-CDZ. After Marshall's death, A30-14 was sold the Dutch Dakota Association for display at the Aviodrome.

N39165 was flown to Australia to mark the 50th anniversary of the original PH-AJU "Uiver" winning the handicap section of the MacRobertson Miller London-to-Melbourne air race. Air Race 44, Uiver did so while operating the regular KLM service to Batavia (now Jakarta) and despite a dramatic night landing on the racecourse at Albury aided by car headlights. N39165 is now part of the Aviodrome collection Lelystad Airport.

VH-CDZ was an KNILM aircraft that came to Australia in World War II and impressed by the USAAF. After the war it was sold to Australian National Airways as VH-ADZ. By 1948 it was owned by Marshall Airways registered as VH-CDZ and used for joy flights from Bankstown airport. It was damaged in a landing accident in 1957 and for a quarter of a century or more it sat in the middle of the airport corroding away. There have been several attempts to restore the aircraft to flight, the last of which started in 2002 at Bankstown by owner Steve Ferris. It was still under restoration by early 2011, with its wings still marked as VH-CDZ. Its status in 2017 is uncertain, but it is assumed to still be hangared at Bankstown.
