This is the same aircraft that is in the Bourget museum as 14915/RM. The location is very likely France. I have researched this a/c but haven't been able to find a location.

PK-SAU was the first of two W-4s, designed by Dutch engineer Laurens Walraven and built by him and army air force personnel at Bandung-Andir airfield as it was then known. The other W-4 was PK-SAI. It was registered to the Nederlandsch-Indische Vliegclub Bandoeng (Netherlands East Indies Flying Club Bandung) in 1938. The unique Walraven W-2 was designed by Dutch engineer Laurens Walraven and built by army air force personnel at Bandung, in the then Netherlands East Indies. It was commissioned by Mr Khouw Khe Hien, whose initials are in the registration. Apparently, it was little flown after its owner died in an air crash in 1938. The aircraft was destroyed during the Japanese invasion of 1942. Its paint job was blue and natural metal finish. Photo from: Walraven family album
