Leased from Heli Air Services. Operated Luqa Airport - Gozo Heliport service. Went down in the Indian Ocean on 8 January 1994 near Ari Atoll in the Maldives while on approach to land on the island of Kandholhudu. Both pilots survived but cabin attendant and eight passengers died. Manufactured in 1989, had logged 1225 hours and was on lease to Hummingbird Helicopters.

First registered to Schreiner Airways as PH-SSA on 26 Feb 1979. Cancelled 28 Sep 1987 and became D-HLEO, then I-EHPI with Elitos. Returned to Schreiner as PH-SSA on 8 May 1990, and seen here as such, still with Elitos colours and logo. Was eventually cancelled again on 18 Feb 1991 and became 9M-SST.

Returned to Schreiner Airways on this day from a lease to Star Air which had begun 28 Oct 89.

Back with Omega Air after returning from a lease with Guyana Airways, and prior to beginning a short two-month lease with Liberia World Airways. Years later it was written-off 4 Jul 2002 in an accident on approach to Bangui International under the ownership of New Gomair as 9XR-IS.
