Pictured new with Transwest Helicopters, C-GTWH would later fly in Norway as LN-OPV and Switzerland as HB-XVZ. It returned to Canada in 2003, but it's registration had already been re-used by Transwest for another Bell 214 (cn 28017). Taking the registration C-GTWV, the helicopter was written off on July 10, 2010 during fire fighting sortie. Losing engine power it hit hard during the emergency landing . The two crew escaped, but the machine caught fire and burned.

In 1985, Time Air bought two SD3-60s (and later leased another) for flights on British Columbia's coast. Delivered on September 20, 1985, this aircraft has the short-lived Time Air Connector titles in conjunction with Pacific Western Airlines and Air Canada . At this time, CP Air had Air BC as a connector partner. After Air Canada purchased 85% of Air BC in1987, Time Air would align with Canadian Airlines (the result of a Pacific Western Airlines and CP Air merger).

Before 1971, this Tutor had serial number 26012. Pictured with 2 CFTS, the aircraft would fly with the Snowbirds 1995 - 2001. Stored at CFD Mountainview, it would move to CFB Borden in 2008. The red and white markings on the canopy denote an new acrylic windscreen which required a different installation procedure being introduced on the Tutor. After the fleet was converted, the windscreen frame reverted back to natural metal.

Originally 41-20084, this C-53 was NC15574 and N70B before coming to Canada in 1955 as CF-HXS for Shell Canada. Sold to Quebec Cartier Mining in July 1958 and later re-registered CF-QCM. Note, this aircraft had a Hiper DC-3 conversion in the past with P&W R-2000 engines and new propellers for improved performance, especially single engine performance. You can the the slightly longer prop shaft that maintains clearance with the fuselage. Sold to British Holdings in British Columbia in 1979, it was cancelled from the register in 1980.
