Westair Transport operated from 1947 until 1960. Photo assumed taken at the new Sea-Tac airport, given the source. The company flew primarily between Seattle and Alaska, but N1248N ditched off Florida on 5 June 1950 on a flight from Puerto Rico after both engines failed. Next spring Lufthansa will take delivery of the first 6 out of a total of 12 aircraft". Delivered 22 February 1964. Sold 1974 as N68649, FAA N77 1975, reregistered N97 1987 and N46 1991. Withdrawn Atlantic City, NJ and cancelled 1994, still present 2020 used for training by Federal Air Marshalls. The two KC-135A's in the background are 63-8005 and 63-8007, the latter one still being active as KC-135R in 2022.

The location is an educated guess.

Originally US Army 57-2564 delivered April 3, 1958, this Beaver is leased to Northwest Seaplanes. It has several of the popular Beaver upgrades including an extended engine mount.

New ACS 9Q-CRG 1994, later operated by Congo Aviation, Zaire Airlines, Congo Airlines. Withdrawn Kinshasa N'Djili by 2003, last noted parted out 2006.

Photo believed to be at Fairchild AFB where 44-92080 was delivered after its conversion from a B-36B to a D model with podded jet engines. It crashed at Fairchild on January 29, 1952 after it landed short and burst into flames. All onboard survived. A few months later the same pilot crashed B-36 44-92050 due to incorrectly set elevator trim. 15 of the 17 onboard were killed including the pilot. After World War II, this Spitfire did gate guard duties at several RAF stations in the UK until sold in 1964 to the Air Museum Of Calgary, Canada. After six years of storage, a long restoration was begun, but the aircraft was moved back to the UK before it took to the air again in 1996. It joined the Flying Heritage Collection in 1999 registered N614VC. The aircraft is registered to Vulcan Warbirds, part of the Flying Heritage & Combat Armor Museum organization.

First flown July 2009 as N1789B , to N719V with Boeing Business Jets in August 2009 and Korean Air in July 2010
