First flight for this classic A300 was March 3, 1981 before delivery to South African Airways the following month. After a near disastrous recession in the early 1980s, Wardair leased the aircraft in August 1986 as it changed over to a scheduled airline from strictly charters. It was returned to SAA in May 1989 before the merger with Canadian Airlines. Sold to Onur Air December 2000 as TC-ONT and withdrawn from use in 2009.

A later color scheme for this former Airtransit Twin Otter. Most of the extra systems unique to the DHC-6-300S , such as spoilers, Microwave landing system, etc were de-activated after airline service. The aircraft was with Transport Canada from 1976 to 2000.

US Army Otter 58-1710 was delivered April 29, 1959. Deployed in Vietnam, the aircraft was struck off strength in 1969. It was registered CF-QRI in 1972 to fly out of Campbell River, BC with Trans Mountain Air Services. Re-named Gulf Air Aviation in 1976, the aircraft is pictured after taken over for Air BC. Registered to Harbour Air in April 1985, the floatplane was written off on May 8, 1991. When the pilot attempted to reverse course in a valley during marginal VFR conditions, the aircraft settled into trees. All survived, but the aircraft remains are still stored at the time of uploading.

Delivered to the USAAF as 44-76714 then to the RAF as KN511 in 1945. To the RCAF in 1946. Reserialled as 12926 in 1970. Sold as C-GWUH in 1975. Reregistered as N707BA in 1985. Converted to a BT-67 for the DOS Air Wing in 2008 then to North Star Air as C-FWUI in 2017.

Originally built as the We-Will racer. Two revamps led to it becoming the first of three Wedell-Williams 44 racers. It went though further modifications over its racing life. NR278V crashed at Cleveland during the Thompson Trophy race on September 3, 1934, killing the pilot. A replica of this aircraft registered N278V was on the US register from 1985 to 2019. The second 737 off of the production line (Boeing kept the first one for demonstration and development) went to Lufthansa as D-ABEA. After service with Lufthansa, the aircraft was first leased to Far Eastern Air Transport February 1983 to April 1984. Pictured with America West Airlines March 1984 - January 1987, the last operator was Air New Zealand who returned it to the lessor in January 1993. It was broken up at Marana, AZ in October 1995.

Pacific Western Airlines does some outdoor maintenance for the Air Force. Canada placed an order for four Lockheed C-141s for conversion to air refueling tanker. Lockheed had already closed the production line and would not re-open it for only four aircraft. A cancelled order for Western Airlines 707s was taken over instead and the 707s served 1970 - 1995. 13701 was declared surplus in 1993 and worked as a freighter 1994 - 2000. Last registered to Mexicargo (XA-ABG) it was stored at Marana, AZ in 2000 / 01 and scrapped by 2005.

In 3M's (originally Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing Company) fleet 1973 - 88, this GII was one of several of the type used by the company. The registration was also used on two newer Gulfstream jets over the years.

Tradewinds Aviation flew this Beaver during 1979 - 80. First delivered to Central British Columbia Airways / Pacific Western Airlines in May 1950, it's still current on British Columbia's coast with Inland Air Charters at the time of uploading.

Delivered September 1, 1971, 13804 is one of four Twin Otters still in service with the Canadian Air Force at the time of uploading.

This 1971 JetRanger II was flying in the USA as N59500 before coming to Canada in 1981. Owned by a venture capital firm when photographed, it was registered to Coast Mountain Rescue when cancelled in February 1983 and returned to the USA as N2474V. The helicopter was registered N3456M to Corporate Mobility when it struck a 223 foot transmission tower in poor weather on the evening of October 25, 1991.

Delivered to the RCAF in 1940 (926), this Goose was sold in 1945 as CF-BZY to Canada Veneers Ltd. It was a McKinnon turbo Goose after conversion in England (G-ASXG) in 1968.until retro-converted back to piston power by Air BC in 1985. Pictured on lease (or about to be leased) to Pacific Coastal Airlines, it crashed on take off at Rivers Inlet, BC on Mat 12, 1988.. Luckily, there were no fatalities among the seven people on board.

Flying the first two years with several commuter airlines in the USA as N4714 and N242GW, this Twin Otter was bought by Bannock Aerospace in 1969 and registered CF-AKM. Time Air operated it until Air West acquired the aircraft in 1977. Merged into Air BC, the it was damaged in a training accident in June 1987 and was sold to Ashe Aircraft Enterprises for re-build. Many leases followed and the registration changed to C-FASQ in 2005. It's current on the Canadian register with Robinaircraft Holdings at the time of uploading.

This 1968 Gulfstream II was with American Express (1985 - 88) when pictured. The aircraft is current on the US register as N202PX but withdrawn from use at the time of uploading.

One of nineteen Saab - Fairchild 340s operated by Comair commuter airlines. The type was returned to lessors or sold in the mid 90s as deliveries of Bombardier CRJs accelerated. First registered N360CA, this aircraft was returned in September 1994. Later flying with Chautauqua Airlines and Shuttle America (N360CZ there), it was bought by Pacific Coastal in March 2006. As can been seen here, it was later used for parts on the rest of their fleet. The registration was cancelled in April 2018 so it could be re-used on a newer aircraft (Saab 240B+ cn 340B-414).

After a stint in the US Army as 54-1737, this Beaver was brought back to Canada by B-M Aviation (Laurentian Air Services). The floatplane was with Powell Air from 1980 - 89. Then flying for Pacific Coastal Airlines until 2016 when it was registered to Wilderness Seaplanes. It is current there at the time of uploading.

This early JetRanger was with Okanagan Helicopters 1976 - 85. It remained in Canada until 2004 when it went to the USA and subsequently South Africa Registered ZS-HCT, it is current with African Spirit Helicopters at the time of uploading.
