It was withdrawn from use at Manching and flown over to Aeritalia at Torino-Caselle in August 1984. Ofter some modifications, it started to serve 20° Gruppo. The Staf was converted to -M (Modificato) standard by Alenia at Torino Casel-le, it arrived there from Grosseto in July 1997 and was delivered after conversion back to Grosseto in December 1999. After Aeronautica Militare service, it went into storage at Grazzanise from late 2003.

On 1 March 2011, this Mirage 2000N crashed in Creuse region of central France near the village of Saint-Oradoux-pres-Crocq during a night training flight. Both pilots were killed.

This ECR was built in the seventh Tornado batch for the Luftwaffe and delivered in the early ninetees. The aircraft served JBG38 and JBG32. With JBG32 to Tornado received these (terrible...? one loves it, one hates it... it's me with the latter group) so-called "Flying Monster" colours. The monster flew like this from mid-June 2002 up to early 2003, after which it went into an overhaul at Erding. The next year, on 9 December 2004, the Tornado crashed near Kaufering and the ruine of Haltenberg, shortly after take off from its homebase Lechfeld, killing both pilots.

N-3013 on the right hand side, is an AS-61D-3 that was delivered to the Marina do Brazil in 1984 and assigned to HS-1. Second to right is N-3030, a former US Navy SH-3D (BuNo 156490) that was delivered to Brazil in May'96, assigned to HS-1 and redesignated to SH-3B in Brazilian service. The third from the right is Sea King N-3018, also a former USN SH-3D (most probably ex BuNo 154107) which was also delivered in May'96 as SH-3B to HS-1.
