Widerøe Norsk Air leased LN-BBA during the summer of 1992 for services linking Sandfjord and Kristiansand in Norway with Stansted in the UK. This was around the time when weekend charter flights were being terminated by the charter airlines.

First flight at Schipol as PH-EXC at August 23rd 1988. deliverd new to busy Bee september 7th 1988 as the first of 5 Fokker 50s, LN-BBA. October 1991 leased to Widerøe, and op as LN-BBA in WF colours until BS went bankrupt in December 1992. 1993 LN-BBA was transfreed to Norwegian Air Shuttle as the first F50, opf BU on regional routes. May 2004 ST-ARG Mid Airlines. Seen taxing out for a rwy 24 deaparture in its frist month of operations, replacing F.27s on SAS routes to Haugesund and Gothenborg prior to SAS receiving their F50s.

LN-BBA flew for Busy Bee from 1988 till December 1992, when the airline had to suspend operations. In January 1993 services were restarted as Norwegian Airshuttle, and the Fokker 50 was used for another 11 years mainly on routes within Norway. - The aircraft was sold in Africa, and after services in Sudan, it was last seen flying for Safe Air as 5Y-CIW in 2020, and was later reported in storage at Nairobi Wilson.

The aircraft, ex Norwegian Shuttle (and once Busy Bee), would be operated by K-Air on behalf of Mid Airlines (Sudan). Delivered shortly after this date and re-registered ST-ARG.
