Photo taken not long after being re-registered P2-TFK.

This aircraft was delivered to the RAAF as A65-29 in 1944. In 1946 it was sold to TAA as VH-TAE. It was re-registered VH-SBL in 1960 and went into service in New Guinea in 1964. In 1973 it was sold to to Air Niugini and became P2-SBL, later changed to P2-ANR. It was withdrawn from service and sold 1976 and returned to Australia and registered as VH-SBL again.

Originally allocated to the RAAF in 1944 as A65-44 this aircraft was purchased by Qantas in 1948 and registered VH-EAP. It was sold to TAA in 1960 and registered VH-SBG. In 1973 it was sold to Air Niugini. This photo shows it still in full TAA Airlines of New Guinea colors. It was withdrawn in 1977 and in 1982 it was sold to Air Queensland as VH-BPL until 1988, after which it was sold and finally stored at Hoxton Park in NSW. it was later moved to the Qantas Founders Museum at Longreach and is on display as VH-EAP.

Photographed at Buka Airport on Bougainville. It later became P2-TFI and P2-ANB then P2-ANZ before being sold overseas.

To the Papua new Guinea register in 1974 as P2-SBG, reregistered P2-ANP in November 1974. Returned to the Australian register in 1982 (VH-BPL)

Originally 41-18860 USAAF. Entered the Australian register first as VH-AES - then to TAA as VH-SBA on the 8.12.60. Wfu in July 1973 and preserved as VH-AES in 1979.
