Originally delivered to the Kuwait Air Force in 1963. The Caribou came back to Canada as C-GVYZ in 1979 flying for several companies and shown here with Air North at its Whitehorse base. Sold to Kenn Borek in 1988. Bought by Caribou specialist New Cal Aviation in 1992 and leased to Air Tindi for 3 years, Vintage Props and Jets acquired it in 1997 as N112CH, but unfortunately it was damaged in a windstorm at New Smyrna Beach, FL in August 2001 and made unflyable. It was broken up there 7 or 8 years later.

This fixed gear Skymaster was with Whitecourt from 1982 to 1989.

Originally Pan Am's N319PA in 1966, Ports of Call bought this 727 15 years later. In 1986 the travel club was renamed Skyworld but not for long as it reverted to PoC in 1988, only for the operation to cease a year later. The 727 went to SAM at the end of 1987 as HK-3396X and was placed in store at Sheldon, WA in 7.95 as N91392 but was b/u by 12.98

Horizon started operations in 9.81 with three Fairchild F-27s, the fleet later growing to 10 of the type. They were traded in to DHC just after the time of this photo for new Dash 8s

Unlike the Simmons YS-11 in American Eagle colours just uploaded, N274P operated in their own livery, with small Republic Express titles on the door. Like so many of the US registered examples, this one was originally part of a large Piedmont fleet and was acquired from PBA in 2.85, being sold to SA Litoral SA as XA-ROV in 8.89. In 1985, Southwest bought out Muse Air, making it a subsidiary company and renaming it TranStar. The company was notable for banning smoking long before Federal regulations, but was never profitable and by mid-1987 operations were ceased. After wartime RAF service as FD879 in the Far East, this Dakota found its way to the Pakistan AF, but temporarily lost her identity when sold to the US along with six others; c/n 33569 was assumed for a while. To Canada in 1955, serving for the first 12 years as a corporate transport. Wfu 1992, sold as N103NA and operated in Classic Express Airways colours. Now based at Flabob, CA with 'Flabob Express' titles

Having earlier enjoyed a corporate career flying for the Orinoco Mining Co as YV-O-CFO / YV-P-APZ and before that US Steel Corp as N12500, this Fairchild had pretty much reached the end of its useful life by the time of this photo, being scrapped in 3.90

Stored under the scorching Nevada sun, this F-27 earlier operated for UTA as F-OCXI, having originally been delivered in 3.64 to Pacific Air Lines (later merged into Air West then Hughes Airwest). Became HK-3356X with Aires Colombia in 10.87; wfu at Bogotá 9.94 and broken up three years later
