When Upper Heyford closed in 1994 the aircraft was moved to nearby RAF Croughton where it was positioned as a "gate guardian", but it was allowed to deteriorate and in 2016 it was removed to RAF Molesworth for scrapping.

On take off from Woburn Park after attending the DH Moth Club Rally the aircraft experienced a partial engine failure and made a forced landing within the park grounds, but fortunately just outside the wild animal enclosure in the adjacent Safari Park! It was cancelled from the UK register in November 1982 on sale to Denmark where it became OY-EFF and restored to flight, but restored as G-BUNA in March 2020 and noted on overhaul at Headcorn in September 2024.

Photographed outside the old General Aviation Terminal at Gatwick. The aircraft was re-registered as G-BBDR in July 1973 and was exported to Finland as OH-PNP in May 1980. Tragically, on 18th August 1982, it was destroyed and the pilot killed when it crashed on approach to Joensuu Airport, Liperi, Finland, after it's cargo of newspapers caught fire.

A Garrett TPE331 turbo conversion conceived by the US Fish & Wildlife Service office at Anchorage as a long-range survey aircraft, a 40 inch fuselage extension allowed two extra seats in the cockpit. The aircraft was re-registered as N92MT in October 1993, exported to Chile as CC-CTG in September 1994, reverted to N92MT in May 1995, changed to N86MT in January 1996, and finally re-registered as N221AG in June 2001. Sadly it was destroyed on 27th February 2011 when it crashed on take-off from Al Ain International AirportĀ in the United Arab Emirates. Note F&WS Goose N789 in the background.
