First flown in August 1964, the aircraft arrived in Essendon on 16 October 1964 and commenced revenue operations on the 2 November 1964, its last revenue flight being on the 14th of February 1976. This AS350B2, N1231A was a regular sight over Los Angeles when it operated for many years by KTLA as a TV news helicopter. It was a long way from home when photographed at Renton, WA in August 2006. N1231A is now (2022) based at Norwood Airport, MA flying in a blue colour scheme for NBC TV Boston and KTLA in Los Angeles now operates AS350B-2, N925TV. Both N1231A and N925TV are registered to Tiny Bubbles Aviation which has a fleet of six Airbus AS350BA/B-2 contracted mostly for TV stations.

Piaggio P.136L-2 Super Gull, CF-DAC, was Canadian-registered between 1972 and 1977 to Dominion Aircraft Ind. of Calgary and Golden West Aviation of Vancouver. It was owned by Larry Matanski who in the early 1970s developed the twin-engine Dominion Skytrader 800 STOL utility aircraft. The Skytrader was designed in Vancouver and Seattle and built in Renton, WA where if first flew as N800ST on April 21, 1975. During this period, CF-DAC often visited Vancouver and Seattle. It was registered N40041 between 1960-1972. To N1149Z in 1977. Often spotted in Florida in 1976-90. Cancelled in May 2013.

This 1961 Beaver was registered to Kenmore Air 1977 - 85, but I never saw it with titles. The aircraft moved to Alaska in 1988 and is current still registered N144Q at the time of uploading.

This former US Army Beaver (58-2010) was stored at Davis Montham in 1972. Sold to the civil market in 1976, the aircraft has been flying in Washington state since 1992. Owned by Northwest Seaplanes 1996 - 2005, the aircraft was sold to C & P Aircraft Leasing. Rebuilt by Northwest Seaplanes sometime after 2008, the aircraft was re-registered N67680 in June 2019.

Official Lufthansa photo C63-177. Original caption (translated) reads: "Early December the first Lufthansa Boeing 727 will be painted, which is under final assembly as the picture shows. Next spring Lufthansa will take delivery of the first 6 out of a total of 12 aircraft". Delivered 22 February 1964. Sold 1974 as N68649, FAA N77 1975, reregistered N97 1987 and N46 1991. Withdrawn Atlantic City, NJ and cancelled 1994, still present 2020 used for training by Federal Air Marshalls. The two KC-135A's in the background are 63-8005 and 63-8007, the latter one still being active as KC-135R in 2022.

Originally US Army 57-2564 delivered April 3, 1958, this Beaver is leased to Northwest Seaplanes. It has several of the popular Beaver upgrades including an extended engine mount.
