N197JQ was the third 737-200 leased in by BU between 1987 and 1993. It was Braathen SAFE's first Summer Plane in 1988. Repainted in almost standard Braathens colours, except for the grey lower fuselage, and given the famous name "Olav den Hellige" or "Olav the Holy" in English. It left BU in April 1992. Seen taxing for a rwy 24 domestic flight.

Preservd by Tehran Aeriopace Exhibition Centre. TWA started JFK-flights to GEN summer 1988. To FBU from May 2nd 1989 to compete with SK907. These flights were also operated summer 1990. Seen after push back from gate 38, to return to JFK

First flight January 1st 1968 as F-WLGB. Delivered new to Sterling February 23rd 1968. March 1975 EC-CMS TAE (leased in basic NB colours). December 18th 1981 OY-STD Sterling (returned). April 1991 wfu and stored at Copenhagen Kastrup airport. Partly broken up, fuselage used as a training centre, before its relics was used in the fire dump. Seen taxing out for a rwy 24 departure. May 2nd 1989 all charter flights at Gardermoen (ENGM/GEN) was moved to FBU as the single runway at GEN was to be renewed.

Douglas DC-3, N510NR, undergoing conversion to a Basler BT-67 turboprop on the north side of Oshkosh Airport in May 1989. The BT-67 conversion includes retrofitting the aircraft with new P&WC PT6A-67R turboprop engines, lengthening the fuselage (seen here underway), strengthening the airframe, upgrading the avionics, and modifying the leading edges and wingtips. This became the 12th BT-67. It was sold to the Guatemala Air Force in 1992. In January 1990, Basler Turbine Conversions opened a new 75,000 sq ft hangar at KOSH for BT-67 conversions.

This Convair 440 flew with JAT Yugoslav Airlines (as YU-ADK) before entering cargo service in the US with Wright Airlines, Key Airlines and Basler Airlines. Later re-registered N115BF.

This Convair 440 previously flew with Combs in the US and Linjeflyg in Sweden (as SE-CRM). It was photographed on the Basler ramp at Oshkosh in the company of Convair 440-58, N29KE, in May 1989.

This former USN C-47A, N96BF is undergoing conversion to a Basler BT-67 in a hangar on the north side of KOSH airport. The fuselage stretch or plug can be seen in primer green and the registration is hand written on the lower part of the nose. The aircraft was displayed at the 1992 Farnborough International Air Show. The aircraft was written off in a fatal crash near Lobito, Central African Republic on Dec. 15, 1994 while flying with SL Aviation Services as N96BF. Both pilots were killed.
