Military service included work as a test support aircraft at Yuma Proving Ground, Arizona. De-mobbed in 1976 as N5341G of the Civil Air Patrol. Exported to Canada in 1978 as C-GVNL for Air Saguenay. Flew with other operators in Quebec until purchased by Harbour Air in 2001. After Vazar conversion to PT-6 turbine power, entered service with the main fleet as "304".

After touchdown, proceeding towards the Inner Harbour. Delivered new to Miron et Frères of Montreal in 1954 as CF-EYY. Later saw wider service across Quebec. Joined Air Wilga in 1998 as C-FEYY, becoming a testbed for the Orenda OE-600A piston engine, intended as a more economic competitor for the turbine PT-6. When Orenda went out of business in 2003, the aircraft had to be grounded. It was put into storage. In 2008 trucked to Vancouver by Harbour Air and, after Vazar conversion, added to the fleet as "316" C-GHAZ

Became SE-KOX with a Swedish parachute club in 1990, after Vazar turbine conversion in Canada. Exported to the USA in 2005 as N406H. Bought by Harbour Air in 2006 as C-FHAH. Ferried to Malta in 2007 for services to the island of Gozo as 9H-AFA of Harbour Air (Malta). Returned to Canada in 2012 to rejoin the main Harbour Air fleet as "314" C-FHAJ.

With its Kenora Air Service tail fin logo badly faded and its registration now nearly invisible, taxiing out from downtown Kenora across Rat Portage Bay for departure over Lake of the Woods. Taken on charge new by the US Army in 1958 as 57-6111. Retired from military service in 1971, becoming N80941. In 1972 re-registered as CF-CBA for Parsons Airways of Kenora, later rebranded as Kenora Air Service. Operated from Kenora for more than 40 years. Withdrawn and put into long term storage with Recon Air at Geraldton, Ontario in 2016.

Docked at its Lac du Bonnet base. Delivered new to the US Army in 1958 as 57-6124. Saw active service in Vietnam with the 18th Aviation Company. Became N2750 in 1971. Joined Keewatin Air of Winnipeg, MB as C-GKYG in 1981. Subsequently served with a number of Canadian operators. Converted to the Polish PZL 1000 piston engine by Eagle Aviation in 1994. Further converted to Walter M601 turbine power in 2003.

Operating with Blue Water Aviation Services. This was a summer of very high water levels, with the Winnipeg River flowing fast. Tied up to a small docking platform, but with additional reinforcement being provided by a line fixed to the parked truck. Completed in 1954 and crated for Norway as LN-SUV. Damaged in transit and returned. After repair, sold to Imperial Oil as CF-IOF. In 1999 became the prototype turbine conversion for the Czech Walter M-601 engine, fitted at McGregor, Texas. Blue Water carried out certification flight testing back at Silver Falls.

Returning from a local flight and taxiing back home across Regina Bay to be re-united with other members of the Nestor Falls Fly-in Outposts fleet which had remained tied up at their base docks. Delivered new to the Indian Air Force in 1958 where it remained until 1991, seeing active military support service in some of the cross-border conflicts which arose during that time. Joined Nestor Falls Fly-in Outposts in 2003. Received a Texas Turbine conversion over the winter of 2005 at Recon Air, Geraldton.
